About Bob Norton
With a mission of bringing innovation, integrity, and performance to a client-driven search firm, he founded Franklin Key Associates in 1997. Bob has over 29 years in the Information Systems search industry after 15 years as systems analyst, project manager, and General Manager in Computer Manufacturing, Retail, and Systems Integration and Distribution. He holds a M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He has held regional and national leadership positions and speaking engagements with the Association for Systems Management (ASM) and the 36-year annual New England Systems Seminar. He received ASM’s national achievement and merit awards for service. A member of International Who’s Who of Professionals, he was also awarded the Certified Systems Professional designation from the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals. His input is sought in National IS Salary Surveys. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services, a member of the Society of Information Management – Boston Chapter, and the American Staffing Association. Bob is a decorated US Army veteran.
